Anton Lehmden (1929 – 2018) is one of Austria’s most important painters. He co-founded the “Vienna School of Fantastic Realism” and was a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna for many years.

In May 2023, Barbara Lehmden, Anton’s daughter, opened the doors of this private museum to the public. Spanning an impressive 800 m², the museum showcases an array of Anton Lehmden’s masterpieces. Each piece tells a story, a fragment of Lehmden’s imaginative mind, drawing visitors into a realm where fantasy and realism coalesce.
